Diverse: Issues In Higher Education is pleased to announce our 17th annual Emerging Scholars edition. The January 24, 2019 edition will feature 15 up-and-coming minority scholars who are making their mark in academia.

Diverse’s editorial staff chooses Emerging Scholars based on a number of factors, the most important being uniqueness of scholarship, commitment to teaching and/or community service, scholarly awards, honors, and academic accomplishments. Nominees should be age 40 or under and hold a terminal degree. Click here for a look at Past Emerging Scholars.
